I don't have diagnosis per se but i had a life threatening occurance (well recovered by now) that made me evaluate our time here on earth. My daughter was only 18 mos. old when I nearly died. When I woke up from surgery, I realized how in danger I was. I spent about 2 years being quite upset, cautious and fretful. Now I believe in living each day to the fullest - each day is a gift. It's not quite the same as being faced with an expiry date (although I know we all have one) but realizing that I cheated mine. There might be a website to help those who are now well but narrowly missed having their card punched (hope that's not an offensive term - it works for me).
